Brad lives in State College, Pennsylvania and is married to wife Meredith and has two children Dylan age 9 and Collin age 11. Brad is a "stay at home Dad" who doesn’t stay at home due to the fact his wife, Meredith, has Hyperacusis disorder. Meredith is severely sensitive to sound and currently can’t leave the house because even the slightest sound would make her fall over and become physically ill.
As a University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business graduate Brad has worked his way to State College and is now the Assistant Director of the Farrell Center for Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Smeal College of Business at Penn State. Brad is also the Assistant Director of the Intercollege Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and teaches two courses in Entrepreneurship in addition to obtaining his PhD in Workforce Education from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State.
Specializing in guerrilla entrepreneurship Brad worked on Wall Street, directed the operations of a three million per year contract manufacturer and is currently operating a flight school in State College, Pennsylvania. Brad has been training pilots since 2002 at his flight school, SnapFlightUSA. Here, Brad poses in his PA-38 Tomahawk airplane which he uses teach flight school students.
Brad has written and published several books along with directing and producing a film. He is currently working on a new kind of food product loosely based on berries as a new business venture. Brad is also studying Shakespeare and Wodehouse in his spare time. Brad considers his three-core values in life to be God, love, and personal accountability and strive to carry out these values in his everyday life.
